tradespeople. In your application and at interview, you need to
demonstrate to us your commitment to a trade. Your commitment can be
demonstrated by:
Contact with an employer in your trade area
Knowledge of the skills required for your trade
Knowledge of the tasks performed by qualified tradespeople in your trade area
Knowledge of the working conditions in your trade area
Completion of work experience in your trade area
Acquiring skills that are relevant to your trade
Prior to enrolment with the College, applicants are encouraged to have completed the following:
Work experience in one or more trade area (you are encouraged to try more than one trade area)
Report from your work experience employer/s
Senior First Aid Certificate
Blue Card Construction (30215QLD Course in Construction Industry General Safety Induction)
